The most crucial element for a fairytale wedding is a breathtaking venue. What could be more majestic than a palace that has witnessed unions throughout the ages? Your wedding day is one of the most significant occasions in your life—a celebration you will cherish forever. It symbolizes not only the union of two individuals but also the coming together of families. Imagine tying the knot surrounded by your loved ones under the stars, enveloped in regal hues—just like the royals do.
Sarvato Bhadra is a historic single-storey hall that served as the Diwan-e-Khas, allowing intimate meetings between the sovereign and nobles. Traditionally, it has hosted important functions, including the coronation of the Maharajas of Jaipur. Today, it continues to be a venue for royal festivals, weddings, and other celebrations.
Pritam Niwas Chowk is a square courtyard leading to the Chandra Mahal, featuring gates that symbolize the four seasons: the Peacock Gate for autumn, the Lotus Gate for summer, the Green Gate for spring, and the Rose Gate for winter. This picturesque courtyard is framed by the seven floors of the Chandra Mahal Palace.
The Mubarak Mahal courtyard, completed in 1900, was designed by architect Lala Chiman Lal and engineer Samuel Swinton Jacob. Its facade features a consistent design with intricate carvings in white marble and beige stone and served as a reception area for guests.
The picturesque Jai Niwas Garden, situated behind the Chandra Mahal building, features four lawns—two at the front and two at the back. These lawns are divided by a water fountain designed in a Mughal gardening style. The exquisite Chandra Mahal Corridor provides a view of the Jai Niwas Garden. From the left side of the garden, visitors can enjoy stunning views of Nahargarh Fort, which sits atop the hills, as well as the Govind Devji Temple and the Garh Ganesh Temple.
Jaigarh Fort, overlooking Amer Fort and Maotha Lake near Jaipur, features a grand design similar to that of the Amer Fort, also known as Victory Fort.
